Roanoke is the commercial hub of Southwest Virginia — Blue Ridge Parkway and Appalachian Trail visitors, the historic City Market district’s restaurants and shops, rail and logistics firms, and a growing tech scene, all at a lower cost of doing business than the big East Coast cities.
A chatbot answers visitor and customer questions after close and captures the lead, and a fast site gives outfitters, restaurants, and shops a quote form that works through the weekend rush. Remote service; no Roanoke office.
A good fit for outfitters, restaurants, and shops.
Founding offer: the first 3 chatbot clients pay $40 to build (normally $80), with 3 months of hosting free, then $50/month.
Remote-only service. 50% deposit up front, everything in writing. There is no office in Roanoke — all work is done remotely, and the quote forms on hdritchie.com are the way to reach me.
